Carp-rods (boilie rods) for ground-fishing on carps are two-piece mostly and from 3,60 m until 3,90 m long. They are usually produced out of coal-fiber nowadays, their throw-weight is declared in English pound (lbs). This value marks the necessary weight in order to bend the carp-rod in the semicircle. Is valid in principle: The bigger the goal-fish, the higher the test-curve to be chosen.
